NLJ 500 firms grew attorney headcount just 2.5% in 2025, down from 5.5% the prior year. Lowe's take: "2025 introduced a lot more uncertainty into the legal world." But his forward signal is what matters most: "The lateral market continues to stay very, very strong — firms continue to be bullish."
