Sara is a Partner in the Houston office of CenterPeak, bringing over a decade of experience as a trusted advisor to leading AmLaw 50 firms and law firm partners. Her focus is on delivering impactful results that directly benefit clients and partners.

Before joining CenterPeak, Sara was a partner at Johnson Downie, where she played a crucial role in the firm’s expansion across Texas, overseeing the placement of 500 partners and the opening of 25 new firms.
Sara’s career began in a different industry, leading the licensee division of an international merchandising conglomerate. She holds a degree from the University of Arizona. Outside of work, Sara enjoys spending time with her husband Greg and their four children.
