Sara is a Partner in the Houston office of CenterPeak, bringing over a decade of experience as a trusted advisor to leading AmLaw 50 firms and law firm partners. Her focus is on delivering impactful results that directly benefit clients and partners. Sara has been recognized in Lawdragon’s list of "100 Global Leaders In Legal Strategy & Consulting."

Before joining CenterPeak, Sara was a partner at Johnson Downie, where she played a crucial role in the firm’s expansion across Texas, overseeing the placement of 500 partners and the opening of 25 new firms.

Sara’s career began in a different industry, leading the licensee division of an international merchandising conglomerate. She holds a degree from the University of Arizona. Outside of work, Sara enjoys spending time with her husband Greg and their four children.
