Sabina began representing law firm partners in 2000, placing over 700 partners in the last two decades and opening offices for firms across the United States and Asia. She works closely with a number of firm chairs and practice leaders on their most important growth objectives and strategies, and is the recruiter most frequently chosen by the top laterals in the US to represent them in their search efforts.
Sabina has been featured in a number of publications including The New York Times, Bloomberg, Law.com, and Lawdragon.
She has successfully placed partners and groups in major cities including New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Silicon Valley, Boston, Chicago, Washington, DC, Seattle, Shanghai, Beijing and Hong Kong.
Sabina is frequently consulted by law firm management and legal journalists on partnership compensation, lateral movement and market analysis and serves as a popular and respected subject matter expert on issues of women and the law.
She earned her J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School, her MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management, and her undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from MIT. Sabina previously practiced at Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker and Alschuler, Grossman, Stein & Kahan, specializing in business, employment, and intellectual property litigation.
Prior to her legal career, Sabina worked as a Product Management Supervisor at Ford Motor Company, in marketing at IBM-Tokyo and as Director of Business Development at an entertainment internet company. At MIT, she developed information systems currently used by the United States Air Force.
