Robyn brings more than two decades of experience advising CEOs, boards, and C-suite executives on their most sensitive and consequential talent decisions. That background has made her a trusted advisor at the highest levels, known for her discretion, deep market insight, and candid counsel.

Prior to joining CenterPeak, Robyn spent eight years at Google, where she served as the lead talent advisor to the company’s Chief Marketing Officer while leading executive recruiting for Global Marketing and Communications and overseeing a range of high-profile talent mandates. She previously spent more than a decade at Russell Reynolds Associates, a premier global executive search and leadership advisory firm, where she served as Executive Director.

Robyn holds a B.A. from Middlebury College, an M.Ed. from the University of Virginia, and an MBA in Finance from NYU Stern School of Business, where she was awarded the Financial Women’s Association Clarin S. Schwartz Memorial Scholarship.
