Rachel Bleau works closely with top recruiter and partner, Sabina Lippman, as her primary personal and business executive assistant. She also provides support across CenterPeak’s administrative team and recruiter support, ensuring smooth operations and collaboration within the organization.

Rachel joined CenterPeak in 2025 and is based in Los Angeles. She graduated from Columbia University with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Public Health. With a strong background in operational leadership and team coordination, she excels in streamlining workflows and enhancing organizational efficiency.

Outside of work, Rachel enjoys quality time with her daughter, exploring new recipes as an amateur home chef, and cheering on her beloved Dodgers and Patriots as a dedicated sports enthusiast.
