Olivia joined CenterPeak in 2026, bringing experience from Heidrick & Struggles, a leading global executive search firm, where she advised Fortune 500 and private companies on mission-critical hiring decisions. She understands that a single needle-moving hire can redefine a team, shift market position, and accelerate long-term growth, and she approaches each mandate with that level of strategic intention. 

Combining her executive search experience with academic training in psychology and organizational behavior, Olivia operates with discretion, analytical rigor, and a nuanced understanding of organizational dynamics. 

Before entering executive recruiting, Olivia spent over three years planning and executing high-end events worldwide. Managing complex logistics and high-expectation engagements strengthened her adaptability, attention to detail, and ability to cultivate trusted relationships. 

Olivia earned both her B.S. in Psychology and Health & Society and her M.S. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Southern Methodist University. Olivia resides in Dallas, Texas.
