Meredith specializes in representing and placing high-value law firm partners and groups at elite law firms and advising clients on critical lateral acquisitions and strategic growth initiatives. Over the past two decades, Meredith has successfully placed preeminent partners with robust practices across a range of practice areas, including M&A, Private Equity, Restructuring, Finance, Real Estate, Litigation and White-Collar Crime & Investigations. Collaborating with senior leadership at top law firms, she has played a critical role in helping her clients expand their geographic reach and breadth and depth in key practice areas through the launch of new offices, group acquisitions and large-scale mergers. As a strategic partner and trusted advisor, Meredith builds meaningful, long-term relationships and develops a carefully curated approach to every project and representation.
Before entering the legal recruiting industry, Meredith was a complex commercial litigator. Thereafter, she was a longtime Partner at Major, Lindsey & Africa, where she was a top producer, led the firm’s Philadelphia partner practice and handled high-profile transactions in multiple markets across the country.
Meredith holds a J.D. from Temple University Beasley School of Law, and a B.A. from Emory University. She lives in Parkland, Florida with her husband, Eric, and their sons, Brady and Cooper. She is an avid Philadelphia sports fan, a travel enthusiast, and a passionate foodie.
