Over the past two decades, Meredith has successfully placed preeminent partners with robust practices across a range of practice areas, including M&A, Private Equity, Restructuring, Finance, Real Estate, Litigation and White-Collar Crime & Investigations. Collaborating with senior leadership at top law firms, she has played a critical role in helping her clients expand their geographic reach and breadth and depth in key practice areas through the launch of new offices, group acquisitions and large-scale mergers. As a strategic partner and trusted advisor, Meredith builds meaningful, long-term relationships and develops a carefully curated approach to every project and representation.

Before entering the legal recruiting industry, Meredith was a complex commercial litigator. Thereafter, she was a longtime Partner at Major, Lindsey & Africa, where she was a top producer, led the firm’s Philadelphia partner practice and handled high-profile transactions in multiple markets across the country.

Meredith holds a J.D. from Temple University Beasley School of Law, and a B.A. from Emory University. She lives in Parkland, Florida with her husband, Eric, and their sons, Brady and Cooper. She is an avid Philadelphia sports fan, a travel enthusiast, and a passionate foodie.
