As the Managing Partner of CenterPeak’s Houston office, Marcel and his team have facilitated over 1,200 partner placements in Texas alone. Marcel is a trusted advisor to Chairs, Managing Partners, and Practice Heads globally, offering expert guidance on growth strategies and market insights for Texas and Chicago. He has been recognized in Lawdragon’s Global 100 – Top Legal Recruiters list since 2021.

Marcel earned a B.B.A. in Finance from Texas A&M University in 2002. He resides in Houston with his beautiful wife, Laura, and their four children.
