Madison joined legacy firm, Johnson Downie, as an Associate Recruiter in 2022 and now focuses on placing partners at the world’s most elite law firms. Prior to her time at CenterPeak, Madison worked in management consulting, followed by four years in legal recruiting, where she gained expertise in organizational change management, recruiting, and talent development. She now leverages this expertise to drive success for both her clients and candidates. Madison is a graduate of Southern Methodist University, where she was a Meadows Scholar, BBA Scholar, and Hilltop Scholar. With a BBA in Marketing and a BFA in Dance Performance, Madison blends grit, creativity, and precision in her approach to recruiting. She cares about building meaningful connections while helping lawyers identify fulfilling career opportunities.

Madison was born and raised in the great state of Texas, and now resides in Washington, D.C. with her husband, Carson, and their dog, Luna. Together, they enjoy traveling, exploring the nature trails and restaurants in the DMV, and spending time with their friends and family.
