Macie is a trusted advisor specializing in placing high-performing partners and groups into top-tier law firms. Over the past 8 years, she has placed more than 100 partners across Texas, California, D.C., and New York and has played a key role in opening a dozen AmLaw firms.

Macie works with partners and clients across various practice areas, including Energy, Technology, Real Estate, Private Equity, M&A, Finance, Capital Markets and Litigation. As a former practicing attorney, Macie implements her experience and legal knowledge when consulting with partners. She has a sophisticated understanding of the current legal landscape and the challenges partners may encounter as they advance their careers and practices.

She earned her J.D. from the University of Illinois, Chicago, where she received a Dean’s Scholarship, and her undergraduate degree from the University of Arizona, where she was awarded the Wildcat Excellence Award Scholarship and consistently made the Dean’s List with Distinction.

Macie resides in Dallas with her husband and two daughters.
