Lexi works closely with top recruiter and partner, Sabina Lippman, as her primary personal and business executive assistant. She also works with our amazing administrative team (Erin, Lauren, Amber, Cody, and Samone) in CenterPeak’s business operations sector.
 
Lexi began working with Lippman & Jungers in 2022 as the director of operations for the small woman-owned business. Once CenterPeak birthed itself into existence, Lexi expanded her support across the administrative team and in recruiter support. She is based in Venice Beach, California and works closely with the LA team of recruiters.
 
Lexi graduated from the University of Wisconsin with a Bachelor of Science in Education and Human Development and Family Psychology. Outside the office, Lexi is an artist, astrologer, and dog mom. She enjoys spending time outside with her doggie Champ, attending community gatherings with close friends and family, and road trips to find the best food spots.
