Lauren oversees CenterPeak's business operations and manages all administrative functions, working closely with the Executive Director (Erin Nelson) and Chief Operations Officer (Jerry Correia).  She also provides executive assistant support to the President and CEO (Clint Johnson).

Since joining in 2022 as a Knowledge Manager in Houston, Lauren has supported recruiters nationwide with organizational and research projects. She also has extensive experience in internal event planning and database management. Lauren graduated magna cum laude from Kansas State University with a B.S. in Family Studies and Human Services. Outside of work, she enjoys attending concerts, exploring new restaurants, traveling, and spending quality time with her family/friends, boyfriend and cat.
