Kristin has been with CenterPeak for a decade, focusing on recruiting top lateral partner groups and high-profile individuals for leading law firms. As the founder of the Dallas office and an equity partner, she has been instrumental in expanding CenterPeak’s presence.

Kristin has played a key role in bringing twelve AmLaw firms to Texas and led the company's largest firm opening, achieving a record number of partner placements in a single instance. She is responsible for some of CenterPeak’s highest revenue placements and is consistently among the top performers.

Recognized by Lawdragon’s Global 100 Leaders in Legal Strategy & Consulting, Kristin specializes in the Texas, New York and DC markets, with a focus on the top twenty-five AmLaw firms. She earned her B.B.A. in Finance from the Mays Business School at Texas A&M University, along with an International Business Certificate in Marketing.
