Kate Downard joined CenterPeak in September 2025 as a Senior Administrator, bringing with her more than a decade of expertise in the legal recruiting field. A graduate of the University of South Florida with a B.A. in English, Kate has built a career on her strong organizational skills and commitment to supporting teams and clients with excellence. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Justin, and their two young boys, Anderson and Callahan.
