Justine Pearson is a Senior Consultant at CenterPeak. Since joining in 2024, she has specialized in placing elite lawyers at top law firms across the competitive New York market. Justine excels at cultivating long-term relationships with both candidates and firms, providing expert market insights while deeply understanding the unique motivations and needs of attorneys to ensure perfect matches between law firms and legal talent.

Prior to her role at CenterPeak, Justine spent over a decade managing a high-performing sales team at a leading public SaaS company, where she was instrumental in driving revenue and delivering results for hundreds of clients. Her experience in sales and relationship management has uniquely equipped her with the skills to navigate complex professional dynamics, making her a trusted advisor in the legal recruiting space.

Justine is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, where she earned a degree in Economics while also excelling as a member of the varsity volleyball team. She currently resides in Greenwich, CT with her husband and their three children.
