Jennifer Moss has been a trusted advisor to candidates and clients alike for more than a decade. Jen specializes in exclusive search engagements for leading law firms, and the representation of individual partners and groups. She has also worked with numerous government candidates leaving agencies such as the DOJ and SEC. Jen routinely works with firms on their major strategic initiatives, and has facilitated multiple office openings. Jen has made significant placements in major markets such as Boston, New York and D.C. Jen has been frequently quoted in leading publications such as Bloomberg Law, Law360, The American Lawyer and the ABA Journal. Before joining CenterPeak, Jen was a Managing Director and top producer at Major, Lindsey & Africa.

Jen started her legal career with Coudert Brothers in their New York and Paris offices, where she specialized in representing onshore and offshore hedge funds and funds of funds. She also worked on multibillion dollar cross-border M&A transactions and IPOs. Jen previously worked in the Business & Technology Group at Choate, Hall & Stewart and in the Business Practice Group at Testa, Hurwitz & Thibeault, LLP, where she specialized in strategic and private equity M&A, and the representation of public and private technology and life sciences companies.

Jen holds an M.B.A. from the F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College, a J.D. from Boston College Law School, an M.A. in French Language & Civilization from Middlebury College School in France and a B.A. in French from Middlebury College. She lives in Wellesley, MA with her teenage daughter, and has a son at Texas A&M College of Engineering. A former competitive figure skater, Jen loves to be active and enjoys running, skiing, golfing and traveling the globe.
