Before joining CenterPeak, Andrea focused on in-house legal recruitment for over a decade across private equity, private credit, venture capital, real estate and infrastructure, where she built and scaled high-performing legal teams for fast-growing asset managers, global sponsors and their portfolio companies. This breadth gives her a deep understanding of what clients expect from their external counsel and what truly differentiates exceptional partners.

Andrea’s network spans General Counsel, Heads of Legal, CEOs, CFOs, COOs, investment leaders, managing partners, and senior legal executives internationally.
