Alejandra joined the firm in 2019 and is a Partner in Los Angeles, playing a key role in securing successful partner placements across noteworthy deals. She collaborates with elite law firms nationwide, with a focus on the California and New York markets. Drawing from her experience at Latham & Watkins, Alejandra brings extensive knowledge of the legal marketplace and leverages her biglaw background to better serve our clients.

Alejandra’s strong interpersonal skills make her a valuable asset to our team. She has forged meaningful relationships with firm chairs and practice group leaders and works hand in hand with them to achieve successful hires. She strategically identifies opportunities in the lateral market and works tirelessly to help our clients attain their needs and growth initiatives.

Alejandra earned her undergraduate degree from Loyola Marymount University. Originally from Minnesota, she now resides in Los Angeles, where she enjoys hiking with her dog, traveling, and horseback riding.
