With more than a decade of experience in legal search, Adil has built a career focused on high-impact partner-level placements within top-tier US and international law firms. He has advised senior law firm management with the highest priority critical growth initiatives and searches.

Adil plays a key role in knitting together the firm's transatlantic practice, leveraging his extensive network and strategic approach to guide law firm partners through complex and career-defining moves. His counsel is sought after by both law firms and candidates for his discretion, integrity and in-depth understanding of the dynamics at play in today’s competitive legal landscape across most major practice areas.  

Prior to joining CenterPeak, Adil was a Partner and top performer at a leading international search firm, with a transatlantic focus on New York City and London. He also founded and managed his own search firm which he successfully ran for over six years. He has regularly featured in Lawdragon’s “Global 100 Leaders in Legal Strategy & Consulting.”

Adil holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Durham University. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends and when diaries allow is a keen golfer.
