Jennifer Recine, Sarmad Khojasteh and David Kupfer have joined the firm’s Business Litigation practice group as partners, based in the firm’s New York office. Ms. Recine is a first-chair trial lawyer with experience handling complex commercial, real estate, land use and environmental disputes involving the investment, development, construction and sale of billions of dollars in real estate assets and infrastructure projects. Mr. Khojasteh’s practice focuses on the resolution of complex business disputes over a broad range of substantive areas, including securities and credit-related matters, commercial and contract disputes, corporate governance issues, and general commercial disputes. Mr. Kupfer is a trial lawyer with extensive experience litigating complex commercial disputes and representing plaintiffs and defendants in civil and criminal matters and regulatory investigations.
